What pillow height means for stomach sleepers

The makers on this page state their own heights, and they do not agree.

The lowest belong to pillows built for the position. SofGlowly states 2.25 inches, BLISSBURY 2.6 inches and Bluewave 2.75 inches, each on its Amazon page. BLISSBURY names stomach sleepers in its title.

Pillows that list stomach sleepers among several positions state more loft. Tuft & Needle gives 5 inches, and Saatva gives 4 to 5 inches standard or 6 to 7 inches high.

Helix’s Cooling Memory Foam gives 4 inches low or 5.1 inches high. Purple gives 5.5 to 7.5 inches across three height options, and Sweet Zzz gives 5 inches low or 7 inches high. Utopia Bedding states 5 inches.

QUTOOL and Nestl state 6 inches. Beckham states 8 inches overfilled, and Casper states 9 inches uncompressed.

Some rows let you change the height yourself. Coop, Naturepedic, Luxome, QUTOOL, Nestl and the Helix ComfortAdjust say you add or remove fill. Casper says to remove the insert.

UTTU and Royal Therapy say to take out the middle layer, and UTTU states 3.2 inches low and 5.2 inches high. The record holds no loft figure for Coop, Naturepedic, Luxome, Helix ComfortAdjust, Cozy Earth, Royal Therapy, Birch or Boll & Branch.
